The pieces painted black have also been texturized to give the impression of cast iron. the copper pieces have also been texturized with a copper glitter sealer. The glass caged heart piece is an etched bobble from an antique lamp I purchsed at a market in Manhattan, NY. I painted the support rod a vibrant metallic blue to showcase through the etches of the glass.

The shade is a traditional bulb clip style on a drum shape. I left the support rods exposed on it and lined it with copper silk and then topped it with a blended fabric that has a glitter effect when you move around. the braided trim is a copper tone to bring the main colour upwards.
